I know many people are wondering what the status of the small group training calls are. It's something I have certainly not forgotten about. I've been working on finding a way to get them effectively out thereto the team so we can create the ideal training situation.
Jason Wellsand I have had talked Tim Sales on a few different occasions to helpus out with the calls. When we release them to the team we need to make sure we have an infrastructure in place. Up until now, the only way people couldlearn the drills was to attend a Pro Inviter event that Tim put on. Thisis the first time he's released the drills to people outside his team toadminister them and drill other people.
We really worked with Tim to getthe drills so people wouldn't have to attend an event to get them. Obviously, having these drills bring a great deal of responsibility with them.
We need tomake sure that we have a process in place to administer them properly. Here's how that works:
We'll use "A" for an example. First, "A" must be drilled and pass that drill.
Then "A" must be observed in training someone else, "B." "B" must pass the drills.
Then "A" is observed observing "B" drilling "C". "C" mustpass the drills as well.
Once "A" has proven he or she is able to train people so that they can train to train, then the drilling process is done!As you can see, it's a thorough process.I'll keep you posted as we get the details figured out.
