Growth of USANA

Hi Usana Members

Over the last few days I have been struck by the thoughts of timing in Usana.

As many of you have seen as you log on to the Usana Home Page the company is in the midst of a rapid expansion program. Usana is hiring record numbers of new employees in the USA, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan. the company is also in a huge construction program to house these growing staffs investing millions of dollars into infrastructure.
After 20 some quarters of record growth we are getting name recognition as a respected business entity as well as being the Direct Sales Company with the best products.
Tied in with these notable facts are the timing of the Economy, Baby Boomers approaching retirement, A New Year approaching and your Personal Goals. Let me get a little more specific on some of these.

#1 The Economy, As the Markets shift people are looking for alternative sources of income. Think about Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Construction Workers, Building Material Supply Employees Etc.. These people all may be more receptive at this time. Also think about the ripple effect in peripheral industries that may be affected.

#2 Baby Boomers, In 2008 the first Boomers hit 62 years of age. Many of these people are not in the health or financial condition that they may have imagined as being the most desirable at this age. Income replacement, helping children with College or family issues, spending more money as their leisure time increases and many more factors effect this group.

#3 New Year Approaching, Well...If you like the results you got in 2007 and want those to continue then you may not need to take action to instigate changes. If you want 2008 and beyond to look different then this may be the time to set those goals. Your BDS (Business Development System) has some nice guidelines in setting goals.

I know that this message addresses just a few of the advantages and possibilities available at this time but these alone can be a real momentum builder for your businesses. Remember that we are all self-employed as Usana Associates but we are not in this alone.

Rely upon Usana Corporate, Alice Clegg and Jason Kilgore, your downline and all of the great crossline that can all be of great support and encouragement
